About the Chawel
The Chawel (aka chowel) began as a solution to the task of changing in public. Created by a beach lifeguard who often witnessed the awkwardness and sometimes embarrassment of deck changing in/out of swimwear, and even at the beach. Where a regular towel falls short - or to the ground - the Chawel provides you with complete privacy, and saves you the walk to dirty changing rooms. Moms, athletes and beach go-ers everywhere will appreciate what the Chawel can do them.
Built into the Chawel is a hidden pocket where you can keep your valuables out of sight while you hit the water. When traveling in hot countries, you never think to pack a sweater. Just think how cold you will be on that air conditioned train after being in 40 degree heat or your flight has been delayed overnight, the Chawel provides you with the extra warmth you need from a blanket.
